Red Dog Computers is a bricks and mortar operation, as well as a presence online. We are located in the beautiful Okanagan Valley of British Columbia, Canada. We are in Vernon, specifically located in the lower level of the Sun Valley Mall. That’s the mall next to Welk Mart, in downtown Vernon. The exact address is 3334 30th Avenue – at the corner of 34th Street and 30th Avenue.

In some ways, we are your typical computer shop. We do the following:

• fix computers
• remove computer infections
• design website and logos
• have internet access
• have computer and software lessons
• do printing
• custom build computers
• do hard drive recovery

but we do more than that.

We may be the Okanagan’s first extended time-share computer facility. For an annual or bi-annual fee, a person can come in and use one of our fast computers for one hour a day / six days a week.

That means that there is no internet line to purchase for the home, no computer hardware problems, no worries about the latest viruses and software infections and no anxieties about not understanding how to do something on the computer. Someone proficient on the computer always will be there to offer assistance. This is ideal for the senior who isn’t quite sure it is possible to catch up with computer technology. It indeed is possible.
